Gabriel Salloum, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Gabriel Salloum has built a reputation as one of South Florida's most trusted plastic and reconstructive surgeons, known for superior surgical skill, outstanding patient care, and results that speak for themselves. He founded the Miami Center for Plastic Surgery with a clear purpose: to provide every patient with meticulous, personalized attention and the kind of care that leads to real, lasting confidence.

Dr. Salloum's training reflects the same commitment to excellence that defines his practice today. He graduated magna cum laude with honors in Psychology from Vanderbilt University, where he was a consistent Dean's List honoree, before earning his M.D. at Louisiana State University Medical School in New Orleans. He completed his General Surgery Residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, where he served as Chief Surgical Resident, and went on to achieve board certification by the American Board of Surgery.

His fellowship training took him to two of the country's top programs. At the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, he trained in hand surgery, becoming one of South Florida's few fellowship-trained reconstructive hand surgery specialists. He then completed an intensive plastic surgery program at the University of Texas at Houston, with a focus on cosmetic surgery and innovative techniques in body and facial restructuring using fat fillers.

Dr. Salloum holds the rare distinction of double-board certification by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. His 3,300 square-foot, modern Miami Beach facility was designed from the ground up to reflect his philosophy: that patients deserve not just exceptional outcomes, but an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in the door. He takes the time to meet personally with every patient, ensures clear communication throughout the process, and remains available to answer questions directly.
